During my Easter vacation, I stayed in a hotel that made me feel safe and welcome. the staff at the reception were very helpful and offered me a delicious cocktail as a welcoming drink. One of the key location features was the proximity of the hotel to the beach and the amazing pool area. the pool bars were conveniently located and the pool and beach facilities were excellent. the wide selection of food at the lunch buffet was clean and well-maintained, with attentive wait staff ready to serve you drinks.
Despite the overall great experience, there were some negative aspects that could be improved. I noticed that some of the staff seemed to make a difference between guests of different nationalities.

The hotel staff were cute and helpful. Safety was a priority. The reception staff, particularly Mme. Intissar, were friendly. The manager, Mr Radhwen Kacem, was professional and gave us all the necessary information. The buffet had a wide selection of delicious food. The beach and pool were amazing with easy access.
No negatives from this place.
